Use your clinical expertise to provide advanced clinical support and handle day-to-day issues related to the use and operation of our devices

We are looking for someone who is passionate, a great communicator, and loves a challenge!
About the role:

The focus is on relationship development and collaboration
-
The role is based on providing outstanding education, product support, and training to nurses, doctors, and transfusion/ coagulation scientists
-
You will be responsible for supporting existing customers as well as developing new opportunities.

Key Attributes

Knowledge of perioperative bleeding management
-
Excellent communication, effective time management, and relationship-building skills
-
Strong technical/clinical/scientific aptitude to understand and train others and users of our products
-
Capable of independent work but also a strong team player
​
Education and Experience
​
-
2-5 yrs commercial industry experience in a similar role
-
Acute care clinical /transfusion/coagulation experience
-
Knowledge of hospitals, transfusion medicine, and Patient Blood Management is essential
-
Ability to be self-directed, work independently and customer-focused
-
Experience in education and training programs
