MultiClot®
Viscoelastic Whole-Blood Coagulation
New insights into coagulation dynamics that current systems miss.

The next generation of whole-blood coagulation diagnostics.
Multiclot answers the questions current VET/anti-Xa testing don’t answer fast enough.

Fast, flexible and insightful viscoelastometry with six independent channels, engineered for clinical and research environments that enables rapid, reproducible assessments of coagulation activation, clot formation and clot stability or fibrinolysis.

Multiclot is a 6-channel viscoelastometry analyzer, designed for the rapid analysis of whole blood coagulation.
Method

Viscoelastic testing provides fast and actionable information for the management of blood coagulation disorders.
A standard citrate tube is used requiring only 340 µL of blood per test.By analyzing whole blood, this method delivers rapid, functional insights.
Supported by a wealth of publications, guidelines, and recommendations, Multiclot is a vital tool in both research and clincial settings.

Superior Choices
1
Standard tests
Multiclot offers eight tests, including the established tests (EX, FIB, AP,IN, HI).
Small pack sizes (10 cartridges) further assist cost management.
2
Anti-Coagulants
Probably the most important feature that Multiclot® provides are the additional test options such as Russel’s viper venom test (RVV) and the ecarin test (ECA). Used for the detection of direct thrombin inhibitors or factor Xa-antagonists, respectively.
3
Fibrinolysis
The TPA assay contains a recombinant tissue plasminogen activator and may be used to identify impaired fibrinolysis as a result of tranexamic acid or due to intrinsic impaired fibrinolysis (Fibrinolytic resistance).
Reagent Tip Technology – Innovation in action
Multiclot uses innovative reagent tip technology. Each pipette tip has a carrier with dry reagents that reconstitute automatically when blood is drawn, eliminating manual handling.
This allows us to offer a range of assays without fixed four-channel cartridges, providing the user with diagnostic flexibility.
